We contact the local authority on your behalf and advise on the most appropriate way to move forward. Our design team understand the needs of our Clients and provide a unique design to suit each individual person, while taking into account current Building regulations.

LITIGATION

Ruairc Ó Tuairisg CEng has been an Expert Witness in court cases on numerous occasions over the years carrying out surveys and inspections on behalf of Clients involved in litigation cases ranging from Boundary disputes and insurance claims to motor traffic accidents, Building defect disputes, and Public licence applications

Through our in-house designer, Clora O Neill, we offer interior design solutions for all types of residential and commercial projects.

CONSTRUCTION ENGINEERING INSPECTIONS

Under this section there a number of different inspections that we offer

We have a qualified team that will carry out a comprehensive survey of any structure you intend to purchase. After examinations of the internal and external sections of the building, our team will provide you with a report noting any defects that may be found.
